Our booth isn’t bulky or intrusive — it’s sleek and non-intrusive, blending easily into any venue. The recommended space for full setup with a backdrop is 10' wide by 5' deep.
We also offer a wireless power option, allowing us to operate without a power outlet when needed — perfect for outdoor or pop-up setups.

Yes! We serve Berkshire County and all of New England.
Travel within 50 miles is included. Additional distance may require a small fee. -
Guests can instantly send their captures to their phones via text, email, or QR code scan. For added convenience, we also support AirDrop for iPhone users at the booth.
If no internet is available at your venue, don’t worry — all content will be saved and automatically delivered once we're reconnected, usually within 24 hours.

Yes! You’ll receive access to a Live Online Gallery during and after the event, with every photo, video, GIF, and boomerang captured.
The gallery remains live for 2 months, and you can download anything you’d like — it’s like your own digital photo album.

While a power outlet and Wi-Fi are preferred, they’re not required.
We offer a wireless (battery-powered) setup if no outlets are available.
If there’s no Wi-Fi, we use our own hotspot.
In rare cases where there's no signal, content is stored and pushed to guests once connected — usually the next day.

We recommend an 8×8×8 ft. space to allow space for the booth, backdrop, and guest flow.
If space is tight, let us know — we can suggest layout options that still deliver a great experience.

Yes, our booth can be set up outdoors with the right conditions. For the best photo quality and to protect our equipment, we recommend placing the booth in a covered or shaded area such as under a tent or pavilion.
Our wireless (battery-powered) option also makes outdoor setups easier, allowing us to operate without the need for nearby power outlets.
We will always work with you to ensure the setup is safe, stable, and optimized for your event environment.
